Micro-deformation control of tower internals
Through the dynamic mechanical calculation, the mechanical performance of the tower internals under the operation state has been analyzed. We mainly aimed at the calculation and analysis of tower plate structure strength, oil sump tank structural strength, and supporting component strength of the tower internals such as the support plate and the support beam in the large tower. On this basis, the tower internals structure is optimized to realize micro-deformation control and ensure the mechanical performance and the levelness requirement of the internals, which meet the technological requirements.
