Computational fluid mechanics techniques
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology can be used to accurately simulate the flow state of the gas-liquid two phase in the rectifying tower. On this basis, the internal structure can be optimized and improved to realize the uniform distribution of the fluid, improving the mass transfer efficiency and reducing the pressure drop, and it has been successfully applied to the engineering design.
