——Party Branch Election Congress in Pei-yang National Distillation Technology Corporation Limited
In order to further strengthen and improve the construction of primary Party organizations of Pei-yang National Distillation Technology Corporation Limited, give full play to the political core role and the supervision and guarantee role of Party organizations, the Party branch of Pei-yang National Distillation Technology Corporation Limited conducted a general election in the conference room on the second floor on the afternoon of September 13. Haifu Qu, secretary of the Party committee and general manager of Tianjin University Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Professor Xingang Li, general manager of Pei-yang National Distillation Technology Corporation Limited, attended the meeting, and the election was successfully completed.
This meeting was chaired by comrade Hong Xiao. The first agenda of the meeting was the work report by the current Party branch secretary, comrade Chen Wang, on behalf of the branch committee. The second agenda considered the work report in groups, drew up a list of candidate proposals, selected the director voter, scrutineer and voter. The third agenda was reading the general assembly election methods. The fourth agenda was announcing the list of candidates of the Party general branch committee and the candidates of attending the Party congress of the Party committee and gave a brief introduction to the candidates. The fifth agenda was electing new Party branch members. The newly elected Party branch representative made a statement on the sixth agenda. In the seventh agenda secretary, Secretary Qu and Professor Li made a concluding speech on this general meeting.
At the meeting, the moderator Hong Xiao first reported to the conference that the number of formal Party members should be 22, and the actual number of Party members who were present was 17, which met the relevant regulations for the re-election. Then moderator Hong Xiao introduced the process of the meeting. After that, the conference proceeded according to the established agenda, and all Party members selected the new Party branch members by secret ballot. In this re-election, Na Wei was elected as secretary of the branch, Hong Xiao was elected as deputy secretary of the branch, Xueyan Bian was elected as the organization member of the production department, Wenwei Dong was elected as the organization member, and Qianyu Zhang was elected as the publicity member.
Subsequently, the Secretary Qu of the Party committee of Tianjin University Asset Management Co., Ltd. and the general manager Prof. Li of the company made concluding speeches, congratulating on the success of the new election of the branch and bringing up the requirements for the work of the new branch: we hope that the new Party branch work closely around the development of the company, actively explore effective entry points, and take the lead in the development of the company, do a good job in improving the work system of Party branch, improving branch ideological construction, improving the management methods of Party member, innovating branch activity methods, etc., and build a long-term mechanism to strengthen the construction of Party branch.
