Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award Achievement Award
Professor Xingang Li won the Achievement Award of 7th "Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award"
On October 17, 2015, the seventh "Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award” was held in Beijing, and Professor Xingang Li, director of the Distillation Center, won the Achievement Award of "Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award".
The Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award was established in 1996 by the Chinese Chemical Society for the "Hou Debang Science and Technology Development Fund" and is an authoritative award in China's chemical field managed by the Hou Debang Science and Technology Development Fund Management Committee of the China Science and Technology Development Foundation. It is aimed at commemorate contributions of Hou Debang to the development of the chemical industry and chemical science and technology, as well as to encourage the majority of chemical science and technology workers in China to devote themselves to science and education to rejuvenate the country's chemical industry, and promote the construction of socialist material and spiritual civilization. The award consists of three sub-items, including Achievement Award, Innovation Award and Youth Award, which are selected and commended every two years. This year's "Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award" selected a total of 3 Achievement Awards, 9 Innovation Awards, and 26 Youth Awards.
Professor Xingang Li has been long engaged in the application of basic research, scientific and technological development and achievement promotion of mass transfer and separation engineering. He has actively participated in the research and development of major national projects and has achieved a number of important achievements. He has won one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and one Second Prize of National Technology Inventions, 18 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. And he is a well-known expert in the field of chemical separation technology.
